This letter is to notify you that I will be moving from the following address:

This notice is to provide with at least 30 days written notice for a year lease or 60 days notice for tenants that have a month to month lease as required in the rental agreement.

I plan to fully cooperate with the management in regards to the following:

To allow Owner to show the premises to any prospective residents, and I understand that if I can't be reached after the Owner or Manager has made a good-faith effort to do so, Owner or Manager may enter and show the property.

To promptly return the keys to the Owner and completely move and vacate the premises on or before the date stated above.
To leave the property in a clean condition and free of any and all damages.

To adhere to the early termination paragraph in the rental agreement, if applicable.

To provide a forwarding address to the Owner prior to vacating the rental, so that the security deposit can be returned, provided that I have complied with the terms of the rental agreement.
